This is the introduction to the world of Reiki. On this one day workshop you will receive Usui and Tibetan Reiki attunement and learn how to use Reiki to treat yourself, family and friends.

The history of Reiki. Reiki principles and benefits. Understanding energy. Guided meditation. First Reiki symbol. Hand Positions. Chakras and other energy centres. The Attunement. Practising treatments on self and others. Grounding and Cleansing Techniques. What to expect after your attunement (21 day cleansing process).

Full manual and course materials will be sent via email, if you would like printed copy of manuals, I would ask for additional £25 to cover printing costs.
Please bring with you lunch, water and comfortable clothing. Also warm clothes as we may go outdoors if weather is friendly. Don't forget white T-shirt or top for initiation ceremony!
